How to book match tickets
To book match tickets, you'll need...
- Manchester United Membership
- MUSC North Devon Branch membership (£10)
- To have paid coach and match deposit (£120)

How it works
As an official Manchester United Supporters’ Club, we are able to apply for an allocation of home match tickets. Tickets are released by the club during key windows throughout the season and we ask members to check the fixture list and let us know which games you’d like to attend. Once registered as a member, you will be added to the club’s WhatsApp group, where you will be able to message the club your match preferences.
Gold, Silver and Bronze matches
Due to the high demand for tickets to games against Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal etc, and poor demand for the lesser games, we have introduced a Gold, Silver and Bronze to help ensure a fairer way of distributing match tickets.
Gold category games will only be sold to members who have been to or have booked games within the Silver and Bronze categories. For example, if you wish to book tickets for a Liverpool game, you need to have booked one game within the Silver category and one within the Bronze category.
This system gives every member a fairer chance of going to the bigger games and also helps the branch to sell all our ticket allocations to the less popular games. Of course, you can book as many Silver or Bronze Category matches as you like with no restrictions.
The fixture dates, match categories and booking windows for the 2025-26 season are as follows…

When do I find out if I’ve got match tickets?
Once the ticket allocations have been released, the club will add tickets to your Manchester United app (download it here if you haven’t got it already). Just go to the ‘My United’ section and click ‘My tickets’. If your ticket application has been successful, your match day tickets (including seat numbers etc) will appear in the app. QR codes will be added a few hours before kick-off and you’ll need these to access the turnstiles at Old Trafford so make sure you bring a fully-charged phone on the day!
Payment of match and coach fees
Once you’ve received your tickets, we ask you to pay all ticket (you’ll find the price on your app ticket) and coach fares in full, 14 days before that fixture. Please transfer all payments into the branch account with your name as reference. The branch account details are as follows…
Account payable: K Skinner MUSC North Devon Branch
Account number: 01934845
Sort code: 30-90-49
Match and coach deposits
We also ask anyone wishing to book any games this season to pay a £120 deposit to secure their match bookings. This deposit will be kept in the branch bank account until that member attends their last fixture of the season where it will be deducted from their final account (as long as they have not pulled out of any previously booked games without a valid reason, and at the discretion of the committee).
Unfortunately, we have had to implement these new rules due to members pulling out at last minute, leaving the club out of pocket for some journeys. Any member who either cancels their booking without genuine reason, doesn’t give at least 14-days notice, or just does not show on the day will have all their bookings suspended until the branch has been paid in full for the coach and ticket costs (this will initially be taken from the deposit paid).
Coach travel
The trip to Old Trafford generally takes around four hours but you’ll be able to relax as we head up the M5 on a luxury 53-seater Streets Coach, complete with air conditioning, reclining seats and toilet. There’s a half-way pit stop at Strensham Services in Worcestershire to stretch the legs or grab a bite to eat. Once in Manchester, the driver will drop you off outside Old Trafford before parking up outside the Coronation Street Studios on Trafford Wharf Road. This is also where we board the coach after the match. Directions here.
